At the de Mondion we are justifiably proud of our prized wine list, featuring a vast array of meticulously selected varieties from the world's most renowned vineyards to unique artisanal gems aimed exclusively at heightening the aromas, tastes and the experience of quality dining.

In preparing the choice of over 400 wines spanning rare, exquisite vintages to more familiar varieties, our executive team insisted on one criterion alone: quality, with the same devotion for excellence that distinguishes the kitchen at the de Mondion driving our love for superb accompanying wines.

Joshua, our in-house Sommelier is, beyond being a true conoisseur, enthusiastically passionate about being able to advise which varieties best complement patrons' dining choices and enjoys nothing more than helping make an exceptional dinner perfect!
